Home investors are unsure as to how much it costs in putting a pool to their property. It may seem like an expensive investment, but according to agency firm Secret Agent, these holes in the ground can increase your home values by as much as 30%.

According to their report, the lowest value created by a pool to your investment is over $140,000. This definitely outweighs the initial cost. In Kew, the suburban 3 – bedroom house is valued at a minimum of $650,000. Houses that feature a pool however are expected to sell more than that, by a staggering $450,000 more.

For the right property and location, these additions can definitely increase your property’s value.
