Australia Ranks 2nd in International Investments

Australia bagged the 2nd spot in favorable international investments in the recent Asia Pacific Investor Intentions Survey behind China, who topped the list at 28%. 18% of investors voted for Australia as their investment location of choice.

Investors are expected to pour more capital to the Asia – Pacific real estate markets for this year than in 2013 according to the survey.

Sydney and Melbourne ranked 3rd and 4th in city investor preference after Tokyo and Shanghai.
