Demand for Perth Suburbs Increasing

A recent report from Herron Todd White revealed that Woodlands is slowly becoming the suburb of choice for home buyers returning to the market.

Similar suburbs in Perth, such as Glendalough, Floreat, Duncraig, Rossmoyne and Shelley are all experiencing a steady increase in home prices given the proximity of these suburbs to schools, shopping malls and beaches.

Homes that are 700 to 800 square meters sell around $750,000 to $1 million in these areas.
