Long Weekend Posts Impressive Auction Results

Saturday’s property listings were down by 56% from the previous weekend, with weekend clearance rate ending at 73.7%. 393 auctions were scheduled, 143 more than the same time last year which ended at a 67.1% clearance rate.

Senior economist Andrew Wilson from the Domain Group is impressed with the recent results, saying that the market is performing stronger than what it was a year ago.
