NSW Insurance Claims To Exceed $100 Million

The most recent bushfire disaster in the New South Wales area is set to exceed $100 million in insurance claims. The Insurance Council of Australia have encouraged victims to get in touch with their insurer for any property damage claims, as this is currently prioritized by insurance companies in the area.

Bushfires in Australia have been a major catastrophe, and insurance claims from these have already amounted to more than $1 billion in the past decade.
