RP Data: The 100 Most Liveable Suburbs In Australia

RP Data surveyed 3,800 suburbs to find out the most liveable location for families in a report commissioned by Aussie Home Loans. The top 100 suburbs on the list were measured according to several important factors, including House Prices, Home Block Sizes, Average Bedroom Number, Capital Gains and Accessibility to Amenities.

Of the 100 listed, Melbourne topped the list by taking 31 of the 100 spots, followed by Brisbane at 22 and Sydney a close third at 21. Tasmanian suburb Kingston holds the top spot as it provides a good combination of the factors mentioned above, with a median price of $350,000.
