Super Gets Poor Reception, But Not From Smsfs

Consumer surveys show that Superfund members are skeptical when engaging with super groups. A survey from Engage Marketing that measures the Net Promoters Score (NPS) found that overall average of NPS across all Superannuation is at -35%.

It’s interesting to note that even with the poor reception from Superannuation, the SMSF sector reported a high satisfaction rating of 72%, a 10% increase for this year. Member engagement and decision making involvement are the key factors why SMSFs have been receiving positive reception from their members.
