BIS Shrapnel recently released their Residential Property prospects 2014 to 2017 report, giving investors a glimpse of the property markets that are forecasted to outperform the others in the coming years. Brisbane came out on top of the list, where it is predicted to be the strongest in price growth.
Based on the report, Melbourne, Perth and Darwin is set to slow down in the near future, while South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory are to remain flat in the years to come. Sydney is also predicted to grow by 10% over the next 2 years, while Brisbane will be the market of choice as the current undersupply of dwelling has made property affordable.
